I can't believe how rude the front desk staff was! They totally ignored us until they yelled at me for stepping outside briefly with my small dog. It was so humiliating in front of everyone. Service was just awful!

The bathroom showed signs of age, with some areas needing extra attention. Towels and room service options could be improved, as fresh towels weren't provided during our stay. The staff was friendly, but some interactions felt less attentive.

The room space was great for the price, and the staff was extra helpful and friendly. I loved the convenient location and the gorgeous view from our room. The breakfast was amazing, and I appreciated the effort put into making our stay comfortable. there were some issues that detracted from our overall experience. The indoor part of the pool was too cold, which made it less enjoyable to swim. the lack of a sofa bed in the room was disappointing, forcing us to bring in a cot that cramped our space. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, and the absence of a vent/fan was a downside. The presence of pet odors and noise from neighboring dogs also affected our stay negatively. Despite these drawbacks, the fun beach atmosphere, nice heated pool, and comfy beds were standout features. The hotel's proximity to shopping and restaurants was convenient, along with easy access to the beach. The staff, while friendly, could improve in terms of responsiveness and addressing guest concerns promptly.

My friends and I had a blast at The Wharf, shopping, golfing, biking, and boating! We also did scuba diving and snorkeling - so cool! Beachfront location is lit!
More nightlife options for young peeps would be dope! .

Room 802 was fantastic, with a spacious layout that included a working island instead of just a coffee table. Liz at the front desk was a bright spot, always friendly. The breakfast was diverse and tempting—those cinnamon rolls were calling my name! The pool area was nice, though a bit too cold. We faced some noise issues and an unpleasant smell in one room that marred the experience. Despite this, the beachfront access and friendly staff were highlights. A solid trip with room for improvement; can't wait to return!

The hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful beach and surrounded by amazing attractions like Adventure Island, Cotton Bayou Trail, and the Orange Beach Waterfront Park, which made my weekend exploration super enjoyable and filled with options for walking and soaking in the surroundings; the suite itself was spacious, neat and clean, with a great breakfast selection that kicks off at 6am, plus a 24/7 coffee bar to fuel those morning strolls. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience, but it would have been nice if the housekeeping could have checked in on the room just once during our stay.

The view from our room was exceptional—nothing beats a full beachfront view. The surrounding area is vibrant with dining and shopping options right across the street. The pool was spacious and impeccably clean, even during busy hours. Staff members were friendly and eager to help, enhancing our experience. the gym’s claimed opening hour was misleading; it didn’t open until 6:30 AM. The absence of exhaust fans in the bathroom was surprising and problematic—steamy showers created discomfort. the persistent trash accumulation in the hallways suggested understaffing. Limited television options were a disappointment.

Front desk was welcoming, offering a nice breakfast and comfy beds. I appreciated the friendly staff wishing my daughter luck for her golf tournament. The lobby smelled amazing, with a view straight to the beach and a perfect temperature pool.
The elevator wait was long, and one was out of order on a busy weekend. It took multiple key cards to access our room.

Head to The Wharf for a fun-filled day - shop, golf, bike, boat, and more in one spot! Dive and snorkel for aquatic adventures. Great for active families wanting variety.

we enjoyed the way the staff had our room ready when we arrived and were very friendly. the breakfast was delicious, and the clean pool was a great bonus. we appreciated the proximity and access to the beach and the location on the beach was perfect. the property is right on the beach, just a short walk across the boardwalk, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and gave great suggestions on food and entertainment.

I enjoyed the stunning view of the Gulf from the event space. Late check-out was a relief. Hilton Garden Inn's service was so heartfelt, it almost brought tears to my eyes.
I loved having to pay extra for the delightful surprise pet fee.

Our stay at the beachfront hotel in Orange Beach was a blast! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The hotel had great facilities like the poolside snack bar and fitness center. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. it was a fantastic vacation spot for us young holiday goers!
Some areas of the hotel were in need of renovation, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was pleasant, with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony room. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the complimentary hot breakfast made for a great start to the day. Despite some minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. I'd recommend this hotel.
